As far as which one will help for weight loss, neither one is better than the other. You only get as much as you put in either way. Most people prefer ellipticals though because it is low impact so it doesn 't give you the jarring up and down motion like a treadmill does. So it is easier to read a book or something during your workout and your joints will be less likely to ache afterwords. Even though you 've never used an elliptical before, it usually only takes a minute or two to get the hang of it. |
