Question: Is it true elliptical machines make your thighs bigger?

A girlfriend told me they make your thighs thick? But I& #039;ve heard that it slims them down? I know you can& #039;t target weight loss but I can& #039;t imagine your thighs getting big from a low impact machine.

Not true at all. I 've been doing the elliptical for two years now and my thighs are not huge from it.
