Yes, you can lose fat on them. Although I 'm at a healthy weight, I find it hard to do more then 15 minutes on a elliptical at one time. It can be pretty intense, if you know what I mean. I would consider it mainly just used for your legs, since that is what you are using. If you want to work on your core as well, then try hip hop abs, or a cardio routine. It will probably take 2 weeks - 1 month to see results, considering what your weight is. Hope this helped :D |
