Do Elliptical Machines Work Homepage

Question: Do elliptical machines work? i'm thinking about purchasing a used one. how many lbs have you lost on it?

Ellipticals are the best thing to buy if you 're buying a workout machine, in my opinion anyway. they wont hurt your joints, they are a lot more fun, and they work every part of your body. they burn a lot more calories than a tredmill too. i def. recommed buying one :]

After trying a few different machines in the gym I found the elliptical to be the best and bought one for home use. Of course how much you loose depends on your eating habits and your work out routine. Very easy on the knees!

Yes! Yes! Yes! I love the ellipitcal machine as it is my favorite machine because it is fun, but most of all, it gets you in shape. The elliptical helps me build strength in my legs and also helps increase my endurance so that I can run farther, workout longer and be in better shape than most people I know. Be sure to stay focused on your workouts and change it around a bit. Walk or run a few days and use your elliptical machine so your body doesn 't get accustomed to the workouts. To get the best out of your workout, increase the level for 5 minutes and then back down to give your body a challenge. Good Luck!
