Are elliptical machines correct?
I was wondering if the calorie loss counters on elliptical machines are correct. Because I work out everyday on mine at the highest resistance for 25 mins and lose 800 calories. Somehow this doesn& 039 t see possible.Well if that& 039 s true about what you said about them lieing, they should be able to get in trouble for that right?

Is it true elliptical machines make your thighs bigger?
A girlfriend told me they make your thighs thick? But I& 039 ve heard that it slims them down? I know you can& 039 t target weight loss but I can& 039 t imagine your thighs getting big from a low impact machine.

How effective are elliptical machines?
So I have been working out on one but it doesn& 039 t really get me sweaty or my heart pumping... so it doesn& 039 t really feel like I& 039 m working out. Is it still effective?

Im interested in purchasing an elliptical machine for my home but I cant afford a really expensive unit. Does anyone know of any cheaper elliptical machines that are sturdy enough for everyday use?
